Stages of realization of the project
3.1. 1st
stage. Preliminary works and equipment procurement:
- Inventory and power inspection of existing system of outdoor lighting of
Tashkent;
- Preparation of preliminary techno-economic calculation (PTEC) of the project
based on received data;
- Coordination of sources and terms of financing;
- Development of competitive documentation and carrying out tender auctions for
equipment purchase and delivery;
- Preparation of PDD;
- Equipment purchase and delivery.
3.2. 2nd stage. Civil and erection works:
- Dismantle of old FC and installation of new generation FC.
- Dismantle of old lanterns with mercury lamps and installation of new lanterns
with sodium lamps.
3.3. 3rd stage. Commissioning and monitoring of power consumption of new
automated remote control systems of outdoor lighting (ARCSOL).
3.4. 4th stage. Complex putting in commission of the modernized system of
outdoor lighting of Tashkent.
