1 Purpose of CCC Form-Wall
1.1 CCC form-wall must be designed and developed for application as a device to display of information about status of street lighting (SL) of Tashkent city and about traffic of special, cargo and automobile motor transport of SUE TOShShAHARNUR on electronic plan of the city.
1.2 CCC form-wall must be designed and developed for installation in CCC enclosed space of SUE TOShShAHARNUR.
1.3 CCC form-wall must be designed and developed for application in continuous round-the-clock regime.
2 Main Requirements to CCC Form-Wall
2.1 Designed and developed CCC form-wall must ensure:
2.1.1 Real time display of actual technical status of all feeding stations (FS) of SL network segments of the city on electronic plan of the city.
2.1.2 Real time display of actual location place and driving direction of all of motor transport of the enterprise on electronic plan of the city in real time.
2.2 Designed and developed CCC form-wall must ensure display of electronic plan of the city and facilities thereon including FS of SL network segments and motor transport of the enterprise, scaled from М 1:20000 to М 1:1000, pre-set by a CCC dispatcher.
2.3 Maximum size of form-wall must not exceed 3100*2300 mm (ratio of sides is approximately 3:2, the diagonal is up to 150 inches), thickness is not more than 30 mm; weight is not more than 200 kg.
3 Requirements to Form-Wall Image Quality
3.1 Quantity of image colors must be not less than 16 millions.
3.2 Contrast of image must be not less than 200:1.

3 Requirements to Form-Wall Image Quality
3.1 Quantity of image colors must be not less than 16 millions.
3.2 Contrast of image must be not less than 200:1.

3.3 Standard response time of image point must be not more than 25 msec.
3.4 Maximum response time of image point must be not more than 35 msec.
3.5 Vertical and horizontal viewing angle of form-wall must be not less than 170°.
3.6 Viewing angle of form-wall in all directions must be not less than 85°.
3.7 Stepping of image point must be not more than 0.27 mm.
3.8 “Screen saver” of form-wall must be provided for.
4 Design Requirements to Form-Wall
4.1 of panels (modules) of form-wall must be not more than 7*7.
4.2 Inter-module distance (seam) must be not more than 5 mm.
4.3 Form-wall cooling system (fans and cooling tunnels) must be provided for.
4.4 Permissible vibrations of form-wall must be up to 1 m/sec2.
5 Design Requirements to Form-Wall Panels (Modules)
5.1 Each module must be placed in a metallic frame with powder coating.
5.2 Protuberance size of border frame of the module must be not more than 2 mm.
5.3 Fastening of modules must ensure precision of their mating excluding distortion.
5.4 Error-free running time of a module must be not less than 20000 hours.
5.5 Service life period of a module must be not less than 10 years.
5.6 Range of operating temperatures of a module must be from 0 to +50 °С.
5.7 Permissible shocks of a module must be up to 50 m/sec2.
3.2 Image resolution must be not less than 11200*8400 points.
3.3 Standard response time of image point must be not more than 25 msec.
3.4 Maximum response time of image point must be not more than 35 msec.
